Job Description
The Planning Officer will support the implementation of regional growth strategies by assisting in the development and execution of expansion plans, coordinating with country-level teams, and ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
Requirements
- University degree in Development Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences & Statistics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in program planning, expansion, or coordination roles within the development sector
- Knowledge of community development, scaling strategies, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working with multi-country or regional teams is an added advantage
