Project Assistant role at Raising The Village, an international development organization with a mission to end ultra-poverty in Sub-Saharan Africa. The role involves project implementation, reporting, and administration, as well as monitoring and evaluation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in community development
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Social Work, Humanities, Community Development, or related field
- Fluency in Luganda and other local languages
- Strong training and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Understanding of Community Based Development Principles
