Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior or C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with professionalism, sense of humor, and high degree of confidentiality
- On-site presence required at Rajant’s Malvern, PA headquarters
