Property Manager

RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate management company seeking a Property Manager with multi-family property management experience. The successful candidate will guide their team to ensure the community is running smoothly and oversee various responsibilities including hiring, training, and motivating staff, managing revenue and expenses, and promoting resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Industry software experience (YARDI, On Site, etc.) preferred
• Renovation experience preferred
• 5 years Property management experience required
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
