Job Description
The Construction Manager will assist in the development of plans, schedules, and work alongside other superintendents, supervisors, and administrators on project-related activities. The role will be responsible for leadership of the on-site project team management for smaller scale projects, subcontractor contract management, and assisting with the change order process. The Construction Manager will also participate actively in creating a safety culture in the office and at the jobsite and serve as Project Site Safety Leader.
Requirements
- Associate degree plus 2+ years relevant years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or CM discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience in a professional construction management role
- Ability to read plans/drawings/specifications and interpret data
- Construction sequencing and planning, construction scheduling/durations, safety planning, means and methods
