Job Description
As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Group based out of Syracuse, NY, and will be located on specific project assignments throughout the United States and possibly Canada. You will assist in development of plans, schedules, and work alongside other superintendents, supervisors, administrators on project related activities.
Requirements
- Associate degree plus 2+ years relevant years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or CM discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience in a professional construction management role
- Ability to read plans/drawings/specifications and interpret data
- Construction sequencing and planning, construction scheduling/durations, safety planning, means and methods
