Construction Manager

We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our Project Management Group based in Syracuse, NY, with the opportunity to work on specific project assignments throughout the United States and possibly Canada. The Construction Manager will be responsible for leading on-site project teams, managing subcontractor contracts, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree plus 2+ years relevant years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or CM discipline or 5+ years of relevant experience in a professional construction management role
• Ability to read plans/drawings/specifications and interpret data
• Construction sequencing and planning, construction scheduling/durations, safety planning, means and methods
