Community Manager - Mebane, NC

We are seeking a Community Manager to manage and coordinate the team members' daily activities and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1 - 3 Years Supervisor Experience
• 1 - 3 Years Multi-Family Property Management Experience
• Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes
• Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
