Job Description
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the team members' daily activities and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. You will also be responsible for employee championing, budget modeling, and client/owner management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-3 years of supervisor experience with proven skills to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members
- 1-3 years of multi-family property management experience
- Advanced communication, presentation, and delivery skills to connect with people at all levels
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
