Job Description
RangeWater seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Requirements
- Complete assigned work orders within 24 to 48 hours
- Perform routine upkeep on the property
- Support cost-cutting and expense control programs
- Follow procedures for accessing materials and supplies
- Complete documentation and other paperwork in a timely and accurate fashion
