Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. You will complete assigned work orders, routine upkeep, and maintenance tasks, while demonstrating customer service skills and following company policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent
- Current Valid Driver's License
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Ability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to work in frequent exposure to outside elements
