Job Description
The Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent
- Current Valid Driver's License
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions
