Rapid Finance is seeking an experienced Partner Relationship Manager to work within a team to attract new Referral Partners, provide support to the Business Development department, and introduce potential Partners to our cash advance or loan products. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years working in business development role
- Knowledge and appreciation of small business
- Effective phone sales and communication skills
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience in financial services, lending, or mortgage industries (preferred)
- Salesforce or comparable CRM experience (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
