Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Five (5) years in partner management, account management, relationship management, or business development roles
- Proven experience in managing strategic relationships and negotiating contracts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Familiarity with financial services or related industries
- Experience working with banks, credit unions, or financial institution ecosystems
- Understanding of vendor management processes and compliance requirements
- Exposure to integration partnerships or technology vendors (basic understanding is sufficient)
