Premier Reservation Manager

We're looking for a Premier Reservation Manager to help our clients happy and our operations smooth.

Requirements

• Work with VIP clients to receive and process requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, and excursions
• Formation of a commercial offer to the client
• Searching and booking of accommodation options and additional services according to the request
• Negotiation of the cost, conditions of cancellation, booking, and payment with hotels directly and suppliers
• Support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.)
