Job Description
We are looking for a Service Manager to take care of our top B2B partners in Japan. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Japanese, has experience in travel industry and account/service management, and is comfortable with data and tools like CRM systems and dashboards.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English and Japanese
- Ability to work with tools like CRM systems and dashboards
- Quick learner
- Multi-tasker
- Empathetic
- Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators
- Experience in account or service management (B2B is a plus)
