Busser

The Busser role at the restaurant is responsible for providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment. This includes maintaining a clean and organized dining room, assisting with table clearing, and ensuring safety compliance. The busser is a key member of the team and plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Communication with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel
• Ability to read English or Spanish
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments
• Ability to utilize various cleaning chemicals and work with SDS
• Ability to hear with 100% accuracy with correction and see 20/20 with correction
• Must obtain California Food Handler certification before commencing work
