Job Description
The HR Payroll Executive will be responsible for auditing payroll documents, preparing migration sheets, and following up on payroll activities. The role requires strong knowledge of payroll calculations, taxes, and social insurance, as well as experience with HRIS/payroll systems.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Payroll or HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, taxes, and social insurance
- Very good command of Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems is a plus
- Good knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
