RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Payroll Executive to join their team in 6th of October City, Egypt.

Requirements

• - Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner
• - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• - Maintain employee records and update payroll system with any changes
• - Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
• - Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
• - Collaborate with finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits
• - Manage employee benefits programs and enrollment
• - Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• - Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• - Stay up-to-date with payroll and labor laws to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements
