Job Description
RayaCX is seeking a Portuguese Call Center Agent to provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients. The agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work on-site at our 6th of October City location
