Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Knowledge of retail management and people management, a plus
- Some knowledge of store operations, required (merchandising, inventory control, cash control)
- One year experience in retail management, C-store clerk, or store operations position
- Experience in management, financial reporting, customer service, inventory management and related operational areas
- Demonstrated effective track record as store clerk
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good people and customer interaction skills
- Skills in leadership, teaching, and motivating employees
- Demonstrated attentiveness to details; mathematical analytical ability
- Good computer skills, e.g. point of sale system
- Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems
- Ability to work independently in a high pressure environment
- Ability to multi-task, i.e., pick-up where left off when interrupted
