Assistant Manager - Grocery

The Assistant Manager position is responsible for all aspects of store operations, including customer service, inventory control, and maintaining fair standards. This role involves rotating perishable products and serving as the Store Director's point of contact in their absence. It requires a strong ability to handle customer concerns, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent
• Knowledge of DSD/Scanning Operations
• Knowledge of front end operations
• Three plus years’ retail grocery experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated attentiveness to details
• Mathematical analytical ability
• Point of sale system skills
• Good organizational skills
