Assistant Store Director - Grocery

The Assistant Store Director is responsible for supporting the Store Director in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, inventory control, and ensuring FAIRVALUE's high standards are met. This role involves direct authority over store associates and is essential for maintaining store operations during the Store Director's absence. It's a 45-hour per week position requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent
• Three plus years’ retail grocery experience
• Good computer skills, e.g. point of sale system
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems
• Good organizational skills
