Human Resources Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator manages the day-to-day administrative functions of the HR Department, handling employee records, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. They also provide general support to the HR team and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in HR or equivalent preferred, some college required, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of basic employment laws and regulations required.
• Two plus years’ experience in Human Resources Administration required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated attentiveness to details
• Good computer skills
• Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software.
• Problem-solving abilities
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
