We are seeking a Corrections Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will drive adoption of category-defining technology across federal, state, and county correctional systems, closing high-impact deals that directly affect safety, operations, and policy.
Requirements
- Own and deliver against assigned sales quota (units and revenue) within the corrections market
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline across federal, state, and county institutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key corrections systems and agencies
- Navigate public sector procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, GSA schedules, and contract vehicles
- Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (wardens, procurement, security leadership)
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Specialists, Security Advisors, and Customer Enablement teams to execute demos, pilots, and deployments
- Drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts (multi-site and system-wide rollouts)
- Provide structured market feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
