Senior Associate, SME Sales

Razorpay is a leading fintech company that powers digital payments for businesses. We're looking for a Senior Associate to drive sales for our capital products and manage channel partnerships. The role requires strong B2B/SaaS sales experience and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience in SaaS or B2B setup
• Experience in banking/SAAS/fintech/corporate or retail card industry
• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or related role
• Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and ability to negotiate complex agreements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and other relevant business tools
