Razorpay is looking for a Senior Sales Associate to drive adoption of RazorpayX Payroll among emerging and growth-stage businesses. The role involves conducting product demos, leading discovery conversations, and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Requirements
- Conduct product demos for inbound and SDR-qualified prospects
- Lead structured discovery conversations to understand customer workflows, operational challenges and financial needs
- Manage a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure consistent follow-ups to drive deal closures
- Handle commercial negotiations and pricing discussions where required
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across Razorpay’s product suite
- Work closely with SDR, marketing, product and operations teams to unblock deals and improve conversion outcomes
- Take ownership of team-level initiatives or projects such as improving demo playbooks, testing new outreach approaches or optimizing conversion processes
- Use AI tools and automation to improve productivity, demo preparation and sales effectiveness
