Job Description
Absolut Care of Three Rivers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee nursing operations, supervise staff, and ensure that high-quality care is consistently delivered to our residents.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of one year of experience in nursing administration or supervisory roles, preferably in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including those specific to skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
