Job Description
RN Supervisor at Absolut Care Aurora Park in East Aurora, NY, responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and administering medications. Must have 1+ year RN experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care and strong clinical assessment, communication, and time-management skills.
Requirements
- Supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs
- Coordinate daily staffing, patient care assignments, and clinical activities
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per resident care plans
- Provide direct resident care and respond to changes in resident conditions
- Support interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and performance coaching for team members
- Document accurately and report changes in resident conditions to providers and leadership
