Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor or RN Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to lead our nursing team in delivering outstanding care to our residents.
Requirements
- Current and valid RN license in NYS
- Minimum of [2-3] years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
