Requirements

• Experience with B2B sales in technology companies, preferably SaaS
• Experience with consultative sales, seeking to understand how solutions fit into the lead's scenario
• Practical knowledge of sales methodologies, demonstrating a structured approach (SPIN Selling, BANT, Sandler, etc.)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
• Centered on customer success, providing excellent service with a focus on problem-solving
• Organization and planning to meet goals in a fast-paced environment
