Requirements
- Previous experience in pre-sales
- Experience with multi-product sales
- Well-developed commercial profile, with strong sales orientation, negotiation, and opportunity generation
- High resilience and emotional maturity to work in a high-volume environment with cold approaches and recurring objections
- Strong consultative communication skills, combined with active listening and adaptability of speech according to the interlocutor's profile
- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management, commercial activities, and pipeline tracking
- Practical knowledge of sales methodologies and the use of playbooks (e.g., Spin Selling)
- Understanding of the main commercial performance metrics, such as conversion rate, activity volume, and sales cycle
- Leadership, autonomy, and flexibility to work in a construction area with constantly evolving processes
- Ability to deliver results in high-performance contexts and challenging goals
- Clear, objective, and persuasive oral and written communication skills
