Job Description
Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead the establishment and scaling of an electromechanical manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic plans, oversee facility buildout and equipment setup, and drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in an electromechanical shop, with a strong preference for electromechanical/drones
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within an advanced manufacturing environment
- Experience with facility startup, new product introduction, and production scale-up
- Deep understanding of electromechanical/drones manufacturing
- Expertise in automation, Industry 4.0, and smart manufacturing technologies
- Strong leadership, team building, and talent development skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
- Foundation and experience working in lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality management systems
