Job Description
Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations within its battery cell production environment. This individual will be responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance across a defined value stream.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 7–12+ years in advanced manufacturing environments
- Experience leading a value stream or production area
- Strong Lean / Six Sigma background
- Experience with complex manufacturing processes
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience in regulated environments (ISO, IATF)
