As a Community Manager, you will be the connective tissue of our UK operation, ensuring the office runs brilliantly, our teams are supported, and our culture is felt in everything from day-to-day operations through to our biggest events of the year.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office management, operations, events, or EA/PA role
- Exceptionally organised with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A natural connector β someone who builds relationships easily and communicates with warmth and professionalism
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented; someone who genuinely finds a way
- Confident using Microsoft Office suite and collaborative tools (Slack, Notion, or similar)
- Experience supporting a senior leadership team or regional function
- Background in event planning or marketing campaign logistics
- Exposure to a high-growth SaaS or PropTech businesses
- Familiarity with HR processes and people operations
- Experience working within, or in close support of, a Sales or Customer team in a SaaS environment
