We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, real estate, and finance.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or similar client-facing role at a SaaS company
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Business Central, and Xero—particularly around integrations and workflows
- Experience working with real estate property management software or clients is highly desirable
- Understanding of APIs, data mapping, webhooks, and common integration protocols (REST, JSON, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
