Engineering Manager

Reactivate is a mission-driven organization that develops, owns, and operates renewable energy solutions. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering team in the development and execution of distributed generation solar and storage projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
• 7+ years of experience in engineering in the renewables industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role
• Expertise in solar plant equipment, including PV modules, racking systems, inverters and electrical balance of plants
• Expertise in NEC codes
• NABCEP, PV Installation Professional Certification a plus
• Proficiency with PVSyst, System Advisory Model (SAM) programs, AutoCAD, PVcase, ArcGIS, Helioscope, and Aurora Solar is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and manage deliverables for multiple projects at a time
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Travel required up to 20%
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
