Job Description
Reactivate, an Invenergy company, is a mission-driven organization that develops, owns, and operates renewable energy solutions that are designed to improve quality of life for communities. The Engineering Manager will lead the engineering team in the development and execution of distributed generation solar and storage projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
- 7+ years of experience in engineering in the renewables industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role
- Expertise in solar plant equipment, including PV modules, racking systems, inverters and electrical balance of plants
- Expertise in NEC codes
- NABCEP, PV Installation Professional Certification a plus
- Proficiency with PVSyst, System Advisory Model (SAM) programs, AutoCAD, PVcase, ArcGIS, Helioscope, and Aurora Solar is a plus
- Experience managing third-party due diligence studies and energy production estimates
- Ability to multi-task and manage deliverables for multiple projects at a time
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
