Trainer – Process Documentation & Enablement

Realm Health is recruiting a Trainer to learn our day-to-day operations, document them into clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and design and facilitate training that drives consistent execution across teams.

Requirements

• Learn operational workflows through shadowing, observation, and collaboration with internal teams
• Document processes into clear, usable SOPs that support consistency and scale
• Design onboarding and refresher training aligned to documented SOPs
• Create training materials, including slides, guides, and job aids
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing employees
• Ensure training is practical, engaging, and execution-focused
• Partner with team leads to reinforce process adherence and adoption
• Support new hire ramp and ongoing skill development
