Job Description
Recipe Unlimited Corporation is seeking a Coordinator, Property Management to support the management of a portfolio of commercial/restaurant real estate assets. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in commercial real estate, portfolio management, or property management.
Requirements
- College/Bachelor’s degree in Property Management/Business Administration/Real Estate, or a related field
- 3-5 years experience with a commercial landlord or tenant dealing with the interpretation of a commercial lease
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, portfolio management, or property management, preferably within the restaurant, retail, or franchising sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, franchisees, and third-party partners
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in deadline
