Customer Support Specialist

Record360 is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their fast-growing support department. The role will focus on customer tickets, supporting customer implementations and onboarding initiatives, and working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is technically minded, enjoys problem-solving, and is excited to continuously learn.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience managing support queue within Zendesk or similar CRM
• 1–2 years of experience leading onboarding and implementation for custom-configured accounts
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
• Ability to take initiative
• Adaptable
• Competence with G Suite applications
• Basic troubleshooting experience
• Technically minded- Natural problem solver
