Technical Trainer

As a Technical Cybersecurity Trainer & Curriculum Developer, design and deliver customer-facing training experiences that help users understand and apply threat intelligence to their operational environments. Responsibilities include delivering instructor-led training, designing hands-on exercises, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical training, cybersecurity analyst, or instructional design role
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and operational security use cases
• Familiarity with adult learning theory and training best practices
• Experience delivering virtual training via platforms such as Zoom, Webex, or Microsoft Teams
• Basic proficiency with instructional tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for external audiences
• Team player mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
