Recovery Resource Council is seeking an Intensive Case Manager to work with previously chronically homeless individuals who have received a housing voucher. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Skill in formulating client housing stability goals and objectives
- Ability to write clear, concise case notes
- Strong communication skills
- Dedication to effective and ethical case management
- Ability to uphold strong, healthy boundaries
- Ability to conduct home visits while practicing safety awareness
- Knowledge of substance use disorders and mental health issues
- Ability to work flexible schedules including some nights and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to network
- Ability to plan, organize, set objectives, time frames, and prioritize
- Understanding of and willingness to practice trauma informed care
