Shelter 4Hope Intensive Case Manager

Recovery Resource Council is seeking an Intensive Case Manager to work with previously chronically homeless individuals who have received a housing voucher. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Skill in formulating client housing stability goals and objectives
• Ability to write clear, concise case notes
• Strong communication skills
• Dedication to effective and ethical case management
• Ability to uphold strong, healthy boundaries
• Ability to conduct home visits while practicing safety awareness
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and mental health issues
• Ability to work flexible schedules including some nights and weekends
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of community resources and ability to network
• Ability to plan, organize, set objectives, time frames, and prioritize
• Understanding of and willingness to practice trauma informed care
