In this strategic role, you combine practical sales with building long-term customer relationships and exploring new business opportunities in industries such as construction, logistics, and manufacturing.
Requirements
- Proven B2B experience, ideally in the industries of construction, logistics & supply chain, automotive, retail, and garden & home.
- Comprehensive understanding of plastics processing and the entire value chain.
- Strong skills in value-based selling and providing customized technical solutions.
- Education: Completed engineering degree (preferably industrial or chemical engineering), ideally with a focus on the plastics industry.
- Professional experience: 5-10 years of sales experience in industrial environments.
- Languages: Secure German and fluent English are required.
- Travel readiness: Willingness to engage in extensive travel in Europe (at least 50% of working time) and flexibility to increase travel as needed.
