We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Europe, based in Germany, who wants to drive commercial growth across Europe. In this strategic role, you will combine hands-on sales with building strong customer relationships and developing new business opportunities in sectors such as construction, logistics, and manufacturing.
Requirements
- Proven B2B experience, ideally across Construction, Logistics & Supply Chain, Automotive, Retail, and Home & Garden sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of plastic processing and the broader value chain.
- Strong capability in value-based selling and delivering tailored technical solutions.
- 5–10 years of commercial experience within industrial environments.
- Experience within the plastic resins and moulding industry, particularly injection moulding.
