Manage and nurture relationships with mid-market clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and service enhancements. Drive revenue growth by executing strategic account plans and achieving sales targets.
Ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in account management or customer success within a B2B environment. Proficient in Salesforce for CRM management and reporting. Experience with payment processing systems, particularly Stripe.
