We are looking for a Sous Chef to work at a new restaurant concept in Blaricum. The Sous Chef will be responsible for running their own station, maintaining quality, and working with the team to provide a smooth and energetic service.
Requirements
- Run your own station and ensure a smooth mise-en-place and service
- Prepare and serve dishes according to recipe and planning
- Monitor quality, presentation, and tempo during service
- Contribute to new dish ideas and menu improvements
- Support and guide junior colleagues as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (HACCP)
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to provide a seamless service
