Job Description
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our new hospitality concept in Blaricum, responsible for maintaining kitchen quality and organization, and collaborating with the Head Chef on menu development.
Requirements
- Lead the kitchen team during mise-en-place and service
- Monitor quality, presentation, and tempo on the floor
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and improvement
- Plan and coordinate daily kitchen activities
- Assist with inventory management and purchasing
- Ensure hygiene and adherence to HACCP guidelines
- Act as Head Chef in their absence
