Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic chef manager for a forward-thinking hospitality concept by the water. The job involves daily support of the Head Chef, team management, quality, hygiene, and HACCP monitoring, efficient mise-en-place preparation and execution, inventory management, ordering, and cost control, guiding and coaching colleagues, and contributing to seasonal menus and food concepts.
