Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, client servicing, front desk, retail, beauty, banking, hospitality, or related customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-spoken with good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
- Pleasant, confident, and presentable personality with strong people skills
- Energetic, bubbly, and customer-oriented attitude
- Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM/booking systems, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
- Positive learning attitude, responsive, and adaptable to operational needs
